The Clark Colorguard is an organization that trains as athletes to perfect equipment and dance movement skills as part of a visual arts performance. The Clark Colorguard operates alongside the Clark Band as the primary visual component of the Marching Band.

In the winter and early spring, the Clark Colorguard joins Plano Senior HS and Vines HS to prepare a competitive indoor production of its own, set to recorded music, an activity known as Winterguard. Colorguard Auditions

Interested in joining colorguard? Now is your chance!

The Clark HS Colorguard is hosting auditions for current 8th and 9th grade students. No experience is needed, and it counts as a PE and Fine Arts credit! Auditions are happening April 26th through April 29th, in the Clark HS gym, from 5pm – 6:30pm.

Middle School Workshop

Join the Plano Colorguard as they host their very first middle school workshop on April 23rd, from 9am – 4pm, in the Plano Senior gym.

This is an opportunity for 6th – 8th grade students to see what it’s like to be part of the colorguard program at Clark, Vines, and Plano. Admission is $50 which includes lunch and instructional staff where you will learn the basics and how to combine it into a musical routine.
