The Clark Band family expands again with the addition of Mr. Jacob Kennedy as our new Director of Bands. Mr. Kennedy joins us from Williams High School and Bowman Middle School, where he concurrently held the role of Associate Director. Mr. Kennedy plays the saxophone (just like Mr. Santana - is this a trend?!), is a die-hard UT Longhorn, and enjoys cooking, video games, and family time on the beach. Read more about him here.

Be sure to download the band calendar to stay up-to-date on all the rehearsals, uniform fittings, and parent meetings. The Clark Band family is excited to welcome Mr. Vinicius Santana to the fold as our new Assistant Director of Bands. Mr. Santana is a proud Texas Tech grad who grew up in Garland, plays the saxophone, and is also a tenor vocalist. Ask him about his three cats!

Grab the updated and final summer band schedule so you don't miss a minute of the fun! Leadership camp starts July 19, playing sectionals start July 22, and full band starts July 26. It may be the end of the school year, but it's never too soon to get excited about marching season! Clark Band resumes its tradition of bringing the new band together in the spring for Hype Camp! Join the Clark Band as they perform their Spring Concert on Wednesday, May 12 from 7-8:30 p.m. As an added bonus, band awards will be distributed throughout the evening. The event will be held outside at the ArtCentre of Plano, 902 E. 16th St. All students and guests need to complete the special concert-edition COVID screening form before attending. Bring a picnic and your lawn chairs, cheer on your favorite performer, and enjoy a night of great music!
