Physical & Medical Histories for 2021-22

UIL requires all band students to complete and file health-related paperwork to participate in band. Current 9th graders only need to complete and submit an updated Medical History form by May 14, 2021. Current 10th graders need both a Medical History form and a Physical Evaluation. Go ahead and get your physicals done now, but due date and submission instructions TBD.

UPDATE: Solos and Duets and Trios, Oh My!

Given the winter storm, the dates for this year's Solo & Ensemble events have changed: March 20 is the new date for he UIL competition for woodwinds and brass, which will still be at Plano East High School. Your student's assigned time and room will stay the same. February 24 is the new date for the Plano Percussion Chamber Music Festival, which will be remain at Plano Senior High School. School-owned Instrument Fees Due

School owned instrument user fees can now be paid via Rykor. This is for any student using school owned instruments (Oboe, Bassoon, Bass Clarinet, Tenor/Bari Sax, Horn, Bass Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba and Percussion). If a student uses a school owned marching and concert instrument the fee is still only 85.00/year. Here's how: Download, sign, and either scan or email the Instrument Maintenance Fee Agreement to Mrs. Sturch. Then pay the fee via Rykor.
