Welcome Mr. Kennedy, Our New Fearless Leader!

The Clark Band family expands again with the addition of Mr. Jacob Kennedy as our new Director of Bands. Mr. Kennedy joins us from Williams High School and Bowman Middle School, where he concurrently held the role of Associate Director. Mr. Kennedy plays the saxophone (just like Mr. Santana - is this a trend?!), is a die-hard UT Longhorn, and enjoys cooking, video games, and family time on the beach. Read more about him here.

Jacob Kennedy, Director

Jacob Kennedy is entering his fifth year as a music educator and his first year as Director of Bands at Clark. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Kennedy began his career in Plano as an Associate Director at Williams HS and Bowman MS concurrently. Vinicius Santana is entering his first year of teaching as an Assistant Director at Clark HS. Mr. Santana teaches the Symphonic Band, Varsity Band, and Jazz Band. We’re Hyper for HYPE Camp!

It may be the end of the school year, but it's never too soon to get excited about marching season! Clark Band resumes its tradition of bringing the new band together in the spring for Hype Camp!
